Do you think enterprise is being closed?

Nowadays, fighting in business can be seen everywhere. As you know, they fight for money. It is reported that many enterprises in the south of China have announced that they are being closed. so a lot of workers lost their jobs.

In my opinion, there are two reasons for it. On the one hand, enterprises are being closed because of the disadvantages of business fighting. But what would happen if they did so? First, workers will get paid less from their bosses. Then they don’t think it necessary for them to work actively. That is to say, there will be more lazy workers instead of more hard-working workers. Next the enterprise produces a large number of goods that do not have very good quality. Is it not true? So enterprise will get worse day by day. Finally, it will become closed. On the other hand, the owner of the enterprise may not have a good way to manage it. In a way, attitudes make everything, so a good way may make everything. Thus the owner should find a scientific way to help their people.

If a lot of workers are out of work, what should they do? How do we help them? I think that they should look for a new job by themselves. Meanwhile, the Chinese government should help them by giving them some money and offering them some jobs etc. Besides, people in society should help them as well. For example, they can raise money for them.

In a word, if people don’t work hard today, they will lose jobs tomorrow. By the way, please remember the saying “Victory is earned by hard-working people.”
